The cottage is set in a beautiful valley just out of Gatehouse-of-Fleet.  It has been lovingly converted from a former steading (a farm building).  The stonework retains the character of the original building.  The inside is modern, bright and spacious.

The cottage can be booked altogether, or as two separate units Leath and Lobhair.

There is a shared utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron,

Both Leath and Lobhair have independently-controlled oil-fired central-heating.  All fuel, power, bed linen (duvets) and towels are included. 

Satellite TV and a DVD player are provided in both Leath and Lobhair.

We kindly request that there is no smoking in the cottages. Guests may bring dogs but there is an extra charge of £15 per dog.

Leath is the larger of the units, the kitchen and lounge are large enough to accommodate a party that is using both cottages.

The bathroom includes a bath with a thermostatically controlled shower.

The +2 accommodation is provided by using a sofa-bed in the lounge.

Lobhair is smaller but benefits from a rather luxurious shower room.

The open plan studio styling is light and contemporary.

The +2 accommodation is provided by using a sofa-bed in the lounge.
